Starting June 1st, 2026, The City of Mason has enacted a Social District (a designated, publicly accessible area where people are legally allowed to walk around outdoors with properly marked disposable to-go containers of alcoholic beverages)

BAD RULES

  • Mug Club members cannot take their mugs outside of BAD Brewing property.

  • Partial beverages cannot be poured into social district cups. A new drink must be purchased.

  • Social district cups cannot be refilled.

  • Impaired patrons will not be served (at the discretion of the bartenders).

  • Please let your bartender know if you would like a social district cup.

  • Please drink responsibly.
